Oral Icon® Electric Oral Irrigator. Gentle on gums. Tough on plaque.
Your toothbrush alone is not enough. The Oral Icon® Oral Irrigator is specially designed to rinse the hard-to-reach areas near the gum line and between teeth gently and effectively.
By flossing away food debris with the Gumgentle+™ Technology, you will immediately improve the condition of your gums, get fresher breath and strengthen your teeth.
10 Benefits of the Oral Icon® Water Flosser
-
Fresh breath, white teeth and stronger gums. The Oral Icon® Water Flosser cleans deep below the gum line and between teeth, removing all the food debris that causes bad breath, yellow teeth and gum disease.
-
Gentle on gums. Tough on plaque. The water jet has a precisely tuned cleaning mechanism that ensures thorough cleaning without putting too much stress on your gums. Choose from 5 adjustable pressure levels (40, 60, 80, 90 and 110 PSI).
-
Pulsating jet. The pulsating Gumgentle+™ technology with alternating types of pressure provides a massaging effect that stimulates circulation, reduces irritation and removes plaque and food debris more efficiently. It does this without putting excessive pressure on gums.
-
Reservoir with just the right amount of water. The 300 ml water reservoir provides the right amount of water to properly clean all teeth. This ensures the perfect balance: your teeth do not receive too little or too much attention, keeping the gums optimally protected without causing too much stress.
-
Powerful battery. The powerful 2500 mAh battery allows you to floss daily for up to 4 weeks without charging. Convenient charging with a USB cable.
-
Mould-resistant. Oral Icon® is made of high-quality, fast-drying and mould-resistant ABS+PC material.
-
With gravity ball. The innovative water absorption ball moves flexibly in the reservoir so you can always suck up water, no matter how you hold the flosser. Even upside down. Thanks to the 360-degree rotation, you can easily adjust the angle and direction of the water jet. This increases ease of use.
-
Waterproof and cordless. The IPX7 system makes this water flosser suitable for use in the shower. The motor and electronics are safely mounted in a separate compartment from the water pump, which significantly extends the life span compared to other water flossers.
-
Can also be used for braces, crowns and tongue. The oral irrigator comes with no fewer than 5 extra attachments, ideal for cleaning braces, crowns, splints and even the tongue. This allows you to give extra attention to specific zones in your mouth.
-
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We are convinced that the manufacturer of Oral Icon® has developed one of the most reliable and effective oral irrigators on the market. Our customers are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this product. Money-back guarantee.
Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water or use with Ryttpro® Mouthwash. For a limited time with 5% Bundle Discount.
By adding Ryttpro® Mouthwash (enriched with advanced OZ-3X technology) to the water reservoir you will not only keep your water reservoir hygienically clean, but improve your oral health as well. OZ-3X technology is more effective than ordinary water: it neutralises waste and odours, soothes gums and helps whiten your teeth.
How should I best use Oral Icon®?
- Fill the tank with lukewarm water, or even better, with Ryttpro mouthwash for an extra cleansing effect.
- Start with the lowest setting of 40 PSI and only increase it if it feels comfortable.
- Hold the water jet at a 90-degree angle and aim the stream downward into the gingival line, where the gum meets the tooth, so you reach just behind or below the sulcus.
- Move gently in a back-and-forth motion.
- Stop when the 300ML water tank is empty to avoid overuse.
- Repeat this every 2 days.
Tip: use the water flosser in the shower or over the sink with your mouth closed to prevent splashing.
Important: always use a standard 5V/1A USB adapter without fast-charging functionality – using fast chargers (such as Quick Charge or PD) may damage the charging circuit of the water flosser.
What is the best water pressure or setting?
The best pressure to start with is the lowest setting of 40 PSI. Once your gums have become accustomed to the pressure, you can gradually increase it.
Can I use Oral Icon® if I have sensitive teeth or gums?
Yes, you can use Oral Icon® if you have sensitive teeth or gums. Start with the lowest pressure setting to allow your gums to get used to the water jet. Gradually increase the pressure based on your comfort level.
How do I take care of the Oral Icon water flosser?
- Let the water flosser run for up to 10 seconds once the reservoir is empty. This ensures no water remains inside the tips.
- Detach the water tank and tip and allow both to dry thoroughly after each use.
- Rinse the water flosser thoroughly every two weeks using a mouthwash that contains the OZ-3X formula, such as Ryttpro®, for extra cleaning.
- Important: replace the tips every 3–6 months or share them hygienically with others – check our separate replacement tips.

What is the benefit of the Gumgentle+ technology?
-
A pulsating water jet alternates between water pressure and short pauses, thus stimulating gums without constant pressure. These pauses can have a massaging effect, promoting blood circulation in the gums.
-
Less likely to cause irritation or damage. A constant water jet can put too much pressure on the gums, especially if you have sensitive gums. This can cause irritation, receding gums or microscopic damage. A pulsating water jet creates alternating pressure, which is gentler and reduces the risk of damage.
-
More effective cleaning. Alternating pressure waves can loosen food debris more efficiently than a constant jet, without putting too much force on gums.
-
For sensitive gums. A pulsating jet is often easier for people with sensitive gums, as the pressure feels less intense. This allows them to use the device for longer without discomfort, which can ultimately result in better oral care.
Is the Oral Icon® suitable for braces, crowns and splints?
Yes, additional attachments are included that make cleaning orthodontic appliances easier.
Is the Oral Icon® better than traditional string flossing?
Both have a complementary effect. Floss reaches well between teeth where they touch, while water flossing tends to clean better under the gum line.
Is the Oral Icon® suitable for children?
The Oral Icon® is suitable for children aged 6 and above, but only when accompanied by an adult. Please note: the water jet should not be directed towards the eyes.
Does the Oral Icon® water flosser help against bad breath?
Eliminating bad breath requires a total approach including cleaning the gum pockets with a water flosser like this one from Oral Icon®.
