Usermanual Mara Expert Interdental Brush ISO 5
- Brush the teeth with toothpaste;
- Then hold the bendable handle between thumb and forefinger for best grip;
- Gently place the Mara Expert Interdental Brush in a space between two teeth;
- Then gently move the brush back and forth about 5 times;
- Repeat steps 2 to 4 for each interdental space;
- When all spaces between teeth have been cleaned, clean the brush and store it with the protective cap;
- For best results, we recommend rinsing the mouth with The Breath Co. Mouthwash after using the brush.
Repeat these steps after each meal.
What else can you do?
- Use a toothpaste based on active oxygen to prevent anaerobic bacteria and thus bad breath, inflamed gums and cavities. An example is The Breath Co. Toothpaste;
- Failure to cleanse the tongue results in bad breath and bacteria that are free to cause inflammation. Therefore clean the tongue every day with OraPack;
- To give the oral flora a boost in the right direction, it is wise to rinse twice a day with Oravall Mouthwash.
